To Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan and Philippines
HK$180 delivery fee per order under HK$500

To Macao
HK$45 delivery fee per order under HK$300
Free shipping on orders above HK$300
Rest of the world
Flat fee of HKD$350 (or equivalent in selected currency) shipping on all orders
For all our shipments, the seller is responsible for export customs clearance and the buyer for the import clearance. In case of failure to clear customs or deliver to the address, the shipping charges cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

When do we ship?
You order, we process, then we ship.
Once you place your order, it takes 1-2 business days to process*. Then our carriers take it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.
